About the event
This a two day course that will cover the basic plant families in the SF Bay Area. Students will learn plant morphology, terminology, and recognize patterns for identification. With the use of dissection scopes and local plant dichotomous keys you'll learn how botanists organize and define plants. Please bring a 10x hand lens and Jepson Manual 2 if you have one.
